Saft LS26500 plus C Lithium Battery

The Saft LS26500 Plus is an enhanced version of the widely-used standard C size LS26500 lithium battery. The new improved cell boasts an increased capacity for longer lasting power.

The bobbin construction in the LS series allows for optimal loading of active materials, ensuring the highest possible energy output. Its exceptionally low self-discharge rate (less than 1% per year) makes it ideal for long-term applications. As such, these batteries are excellent for memory back-up in various Computer Systems, PLC Machines, and Medical Devices.

The LS 26500plus cell by Saft is perfectly suited for long-term use, ranging typically from 5 to over 20 years, and is designed for low base currents with periodic pulses.

These cells boast superior corrosion resistance and a consistent high voltage response throughout most of the application’s lifespan. They also operate within a broad temperature range of -60ºC to +85ºC. The battery cases are hermetically sealed to prevent any leakage.
