With the festive season just around the corner, couriers and businesses are busier than ever, shipping out goods. Our team is no different and will be working until December 23rd to ensure you receive your batteries before taking a well-deserved break until January 2nd.
Shipping batteries is a complex process, especially during the busiest time of the year for couriers. Consequently, we have decided to advance our final shipping dates this year to allow the time required to get your goods to you safely.
If you intend to order a lithium battery that requires a DG Surcharge, the last shipping date will be Friday, December 18th. This adjustment allows ample time for couriers to process the additional paperwork and checks required for these particular consignments.
For Standard Delivery and Hazardous Deliveries that do not require a DG Surcharge, the final shipping dates will be December 20th, 2024.
For export orders, please contact us for shipping details.
Our “Made to Order” batteries and accessories currently have a 3-week lead time, meaning the last date to order these has already passed. If you require a made to order product, please contact us, as we may still be able to fit it in before the last shipping dates. For a full breakdown of our holiday closure and shipping dates, please see below.
