Here at Cell Pack Solutions, we have a flexible returns policy as set out below. Should you need any more clarification on what you have to do to return an item, please contact us.

What should I do if I have an unwanted item?

If you change your mind and no longer want the items ordered, you will need to return these to us within 14 days of purchasing. Goods must be returned unopened in their original packaging.

Please contact us for a returns reference number which should be clearly written on the outside or the packaging to enable us to track your returns.

Items should be returned using a recorded delivery method, as we cannot be liable for items lost in the post. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will refund the cost of the item. Please note we cannot refund any postage fees in this instance.

I have received a damaged/faulty item, what should I do?

Should you receive any Damaged or Faulty items please notify us as soon as possible.

Please contact us for a returns reference number which should be clearly written on the outside or the packaging to enable us to track your returns.

Items should be returned using a recorded delivery method, as we cannot be liable for items lost in the post. Upon receipt of the damaged/faulty items, we will dispatch replacement items free of charge. If a suitable replacement is not available or not in stock the customer will be notified and given the option of waiting for a suitable replacement or a refund being issued. 

Do you Refund my Returns Postage?

We do not pay for return postage where the mistake lies with the buyer. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the correct postage to any item returned to us. In the rare case we have to collect items from the post office and pay a surcharge we reserve the right to deduct this from any refund made to the customer.
