PP3 batteries (often referred to as PP3 / 9V batteries) normally go into smoke alarms but can also be used in things such as wireless microphones or medical applications.

Some of the lithium PP3 batteries we stock can last up to 10 years in a standard household smoke alarm but it is still important to check your battery regularly as it could save your life.
