We were very grateful for the help given to us by the NBSL (Northumberland Business Service Ltd) in securing some funding that we used to help consolidate the Human Resources (HR) aspect of our business.
We were introduced to Joanne Howe of Howe Consultancy, who with her extensive knowledge and experience in the field of HR is guiding us through the minefield that often surrounds us
She helped us with reviewing contracts, reviving our staff handbook, setting up our staff appraisal system and some mentoring of key staff.
Moving from managed work space to our own purposely built premises brought some huge changes to our working practices.
