With no exotic week in the sun planned until Spring 2021 at the earliest, Eddie Czestochowski, Managing Director of Cell Pack Solutions took the opportunity to take a Busmans Holiday to Leeds instead. Spending the week at The Electronics Group training facility in Leeds, he went through an intensive 5 day course with John O’Neill, a highly qualified IPC Master Trainer, who helped him achieve CIT status in the IPC J Standard 001 Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies. Gaining the IPT trainer status will enable us to carry out our own training of staff to enable them to become Certified IPC Specialists and gain CIS status.
IPC is a globally recognized trade association within the Electronics industries working to improve standards in manufacturing and training of personnel with the industry.
Training of staff at all levels to enhance skills of all our employee is one of the underlying philosophies of our company.
