Holiday Closure & Shipping Dates – 2025

Home > News > Events > Holiday Closure & Shipping Dates – 2025

As the festive period approaches, courier networks are experiencing their busiest time of the year. Our team is also working at full capacity and will continue operating until 23 December, ensuring your battery orders are dispatched before we close for a well-earned break, reopening on 2 January.

Due to the complexities of shipping batteries and seasonal pressures on courier services, we have brought forward our final dispatch dates to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time.

  • Lithium batteries requiring a DG Surcharge: Last shipping date is Friday, 19 December. This ensures couriers have sufficient time to complete the necessary documentation and safety checks.
  • Standard Delivery & Hazardous Deliveries without a DG Surcharge: Final shipping date is Monday 22 December 2025.
  • Export orders: Please contact us directly for delivery timelines.

Made to Order Products

Our “Made to Order” batteries and accessories currently carry a 3-week lead time, so the final order date has now passed. If you still require a made to order item, please get in touch, where possible, we will try to accommodate your request before the dispatch deadlines.
