Aaron
Marketing Manager

I’ve been given so many opportunities and a great deal of support to progress my career at Cell Pack Solutions. I started out in IT, focusing on design and photography, which naturally evolved into a digital marketing role. At the time, we were approached by a college to take on a marketing student. Instead, I was invited to join the course myself and completed a CIM qualification in Marketing.

I love that no two days are the same. Exploring different market sectors is exciting, and I find it fascinating to tell the story of our batteries and how they benefit our customers.

Christina
Sales Administrator Apprentice

I chose an apprenticeship because I prefer hands-on learning and applying new skills directly in a job role. After finishing college, I decided to pursue business administration to gain broader experience and develop professionally.

My responsibilities include managing customer communications, processing orders, maintaining online accounts, and updating data sheets. I’ve been surprised by how integral batteries are to everyday life and love learning something new every day.

I’m excited to grow within the company and drop the apprentice from my job title.

Lewis
Full Stack Developer

Starting as an IT Apprentice, I had little experience in web development, but the supportive team helped me grow quickly. Through mentorship and hands-on projects, I learned HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, eventually contributing to a major website revamp.

MWith the company’s encouragement, I pursued a university degree and, after graduating, began taking on larger projects. I also learned modern frameworks to develop in-house systems that support the company’s growth.
