Just a quick post to highlight a couple of my friends personal challenge (for this year). Both were inspired to go following my trek to Mount Everest.
Paul Stratford, a keen cyclist, loves to watch the Tour de France – decided this year to get his bike back on the road and do a charity cycle ride from London to Paris, in three gruelling days, all in the aid of the Stroke Association.
The Stroke Association is a registered national charity solely concerned with strokes. Their aim to reduce strokes through research and health education and also help and support people and their families who have been affected by stroke through our Community Services.
Please support Paul by clicking on the link and donating a couple of quid and maybe a couple of words of encouragement: Paul Stratford is fundraising for Stroke Association.
