The product we are looking at today is the GP Super Alkaline N (GP910A) Battery but don’t be fooled by its name because the 910A is known as many things in the battery industry and other names for the same cell include an LR1, MN9100 or simply “N” cell.
The GP version of this cell, the 910A, comes in a blister pack of two and the ideology behind this is that because the typical applications for this cell include things such as garage remote controls, or key fobs, the spare cell can either be used in a second or spare device or quite simply just be a spare cell for the next time the battery dies.
Other applications of the 910A include dog collars, door bells, radio pagers or even fish-bite alarms! Because of its incredible range of applications we believe that the price of £1.42 inc VAT for a blister pack of two 910A’s simply is unbeatable.
More technical aspects of the 910A are a voltage of 1.5V and a capacity of 650mAh, and for those of you are unfamiliar with these terms, why not check out our Battery Terminologies page?
